Dresses and tops
I just bought some dresses and tops from this online store. They had a good variety of trendy styles, but I was a little let down by the quality of the fabrics. The dresses looked kind of cheap in real life, and the tops felt flimsy. Plus, the sizes were a bit off - one dress was too small, the other too big. On the bright side, they do have a 30-day exchange or refund policy if you need it. Overall, it wasn't the greatest shopping experience, but it wasn't terrible either.

Misleading sizing, wrong items
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. I snagged some stuff during their summer sale, including a pair of pants that were labeled as XL. But when I tried them on, they were definitely not XL. I double-checked the measurements and they matched a size L on the company's size chart. It was frustrating that the items were mislabeled and didn't fit right. Even though they were on sale, I still expected to get the right size. I sent them back and asked for a refund since I can't wear something that doesn't fit. If I don't get my money back, I'll have to take it up with my credit card company. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering from them in the future.

I attempted to request a pay off letter for my home buying process and it turned into a complete nightmare. The online customer service was terrible, I couldn't even get a clear answer. They just kept saying the same thing over and over again and it was really aggravating. Definitely the worst experience ever, zero help whatsoever.

The people who work there are always nice and ready to help out, and if you're lucky, you can score a sweet deal. I just got a bag as a gift for an 18th birthday, and it made the person so happy.

I tried out this butt serum and it was decent. The shipping and customer service were just okay, almost there but not quite hitting the mark for me. It would've been better if they were more helpful with returns and refunds. The website was pretty user-friendly, but could definitely use some tweaking. Overall, it was just okay, but they really need to step up their game when it comes to customer service and returns.
