Grocery delivery delay
I tried out a grocery delivery service for the first time recently, and I have to say, it didn't go so well. I had picked a specific time for my delivery, but it got pushed back not once, but twice, and I ended up not getting my order until the next day. It was a big hassle because I was really counting on those groceries for that day. I get that things can go wrong unexpectedly, but this seemed to be a common issue with this service, even when the weather was fine. In my opinion, if a company doesn't have enough delivery drivers to keep up with the orders they're promising to deliver on time, they should just be upfront about it and let customers know so they can figure something else out.
Awesome stuff
Shipt is amazing! Their customer service is top-notch and their prices are unbeatable. Uber doesn't even come close with their high prices and subpar service. Shipt always comes through with a helping hand and they are super efficient!
Order delivery issue
I ordered some stuff for delivery not too long ago, but it never showed up. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they didn't do anything to fix the problem. It really stinks to get such lousy service from a delivery company. I hope they do something to make their customer support better in the future.

I can't believe how incompetent this company is. I ordered groceries online from them and they just canceled it without even telling me why. And then they had the nerve to say there was no account linked to the order. I've been a loyal customer for years and this is how they treat me? It's totally unacceptable!

Scheduled Delivery Delay
I was really looking forward to trying out Shipt for the first time. I placed an order with a 2-hour delivery window. I felt pretty frustrated and disappointed by how inefficient the whole delivery process turned out to be. Let's just say my first shot at using Shipt didn't leave me with a good impression.

I'm just so over this service, you know? Orders are always getting delayed or canceled, which is such a hassle for me. And don't even get me started on returns - it's just such a pain! Honestly, this has to be the worst company I've ever had to deal with.
