Review about: Big Bus Tours
All day sightseeing tour
I had a really bad experience on the all-day sightseeing tour. Even though I paid for all-day access, none of the places we visited accepted the ticket from the tour company, so I had to pay again each time. There was no tour guide, so it felt like we were just riding around on a bus with no idea where we were going or what we were seeing. Instead of learning about the sights, we had to listen to terrible music blasting from the speakers. The drivers weren't helpful either, and their language barriers made things even more confusing. The information on the website and flyers was totally misleading, and I felt like I got scammed. Definitely not worth the money.

Ghost/Welcoming Door Lights
I was kinda unsure about getting those "Ghost/Welcoming Door Lights" for my car since they were supposed to be made for my model. But, I decided to go for it and it turns out they fit just right and they work great, no problems at all. Putting them in was easy and the price was totally worth it for what you get in the set.

Makeup and skincare products
I bought some makeup and skincare stuff at this store, but they forgot to give me one of the items I paid for! I called customer service and they said they would give me my money back, but I still haven't gotten it. I keep calling them but they keep giving me different answers. It's been forever and I still haven't got my refund!

Out of print item purchase
CD Universe is a great place to find rare items at a good price. I recently bought something from there and it was exactly what I wanted. It was in really good shape too. The only problem was that they didn't have tracking for shipping, which I thought was kind of a pain. It's important to know where your order is and make sure it gets to you safe. But even with that, I'd still tell people to check out CD Universe because they have a lot of stuff to choose from and good prices.

Online program subscription renewal
Renewing my subscription to this online program has been a total nightmare. I've used it in the past, but the new subscription setup is causing me a lot of headaches. Instead of just buying it outright, now you have to commit to paying monthly or yearly. After canceling my old subscription and trying to renew for a new project, I just ended up getting lost in a confusing mess on their website. Honestly, the whole process has been so frustrating and time-consuming. And now they're making me jump through hoops by purchasing a license through some third-party manager, which never used to be a thing. It's all needlessly complex and just a big waste of my time. I've spent more time trying to figure out their website and waiting for support than I've actually spent using the program.
