Mixed Wine Bundle
The delivery went fine, but man, the wine in that bundle was not great. We tried four different kinds, and two were so bad we couldn't even drink them all. The other two were just kinda meh, nothing special. It's a bummer to see such a difference between our experience and the good reviews from other folks.

White sneakers
I got these white sneakers from this website, but when they showed up in a different color, I was bummed. So I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund, and they told me I'd have to pay for the return shipping and they'd dock the original shipping cost from my refund. Or, I could just get $5.00 back on my card. That's not cool at all, it's like a scam. I hope I can at least get my money back in full, but either way, I'm done shopping here. They need to figure things out and stop sending out the wrong stuff to customers. And spare me any sorry excuses, I'm not interested.
