Switched from Instacart to Shipt
After sticking with a different company for a while, I ran into a real issue with their online customer service. The folks bringing me my stuff were usually cool, but their whole setup, site, and customer support were a disaster. So, I tried out Shipt a few months back and have been super happy with it. Ordering online is a breeze. I'm sticking with Shipt and never going back to the old service.

SafeIP has an awesome VPN software! I really enjoy being able to surf the web without stressing about my personal info getting leaked. The site was easy to use and the mobile app is super handy. I can pick different locations for my IP address, which is so cool. And the best part is it's free and unlimited. That's a major plus for me. Thanks to SafeIP, I feel a lot more secure when I'm online now.

Keylogger software
Using a keylogger software might seem like a good idea for keeping an eye on things, but the risks and privacy issues are way more trouble than they're worth. It was a pricey mistake, but it made me rethink how I handle monitoring and keeping sensitive info safe.

Large infuser purchase
I bought this big infuser from a company, and things didn't go like I thought they would. When I ordered the infuser, I also got an extra pod to make things easier, but when the package came, the extra pod didn't work with the infuser. I tried to reach customer service to fix it, but I had a hard time getting through to them. After several emails, they finally offered me a discount on my next order to make up for it, but wouldn't let me return or exchange the pod.
