Using a keylogger software might seem like a good idea for keeping an eye on things, but the risks and privacy issues are way more trouble than they're worth. I thought it would help me keep tabs on my employees, but after looking into it more, I realized it was a big threat to sensitive info like passwords and bank stuff. The Personal Monitor software I got here totally changed the game for me. I was in a tough spot, my girlfriend was talking to other guys on social media and keeping it from me. I'm a customer who's been using this device monitoring software, and honestly, I'm really let down by the services the company is offering. The software they gave me just doesn't work well at all, not doing what it's supposed to do, which is super frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, their customer support is seriously lacking - they're not helpful and don't even bother getting back to me. It's pretty clear to me now that this company isn't reliable and is just out here trying to trick people. I really wouldn't recommend using their services at all.
Monitoring software for monitoring
I just bought this monitoring software to keep an eye on what my kids are doing online. But man, after I installed it, the thing was a hot mess! Glitches left and right, technical issues up the wazoo - it just wouldn't work right. And don't even get me started on the customer support - slow as molasses and about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how this software performed and the crummy support that came with it.

The software was super easy to download and figure out how to use, but man, it totally flopped after that first day. I had it for a whole week and didn't get any new data after that initial day. Good thing this happened during the trial, because there's no way I'd pay for it after that mess.
Kids monitoring software
This monitoring software is a total disaster! I bought the Pro version to keep an eye on what my kids are doing online, but man, it's been a nightmare. The dang program keeps crashing, doesn't monitor new accounts I add, and even creepily watches my own account that I told it not to. And get this, it even showed a live view of my whole system, no matter which account you were using. How scary is that? Big time privacy invasion. Seriously wish I never bought this thing, so don't do it, folks.
Upgrade to hidden version
I recently bought the upgrade to the hidden version of the product, but I didn't get the link right away, which was super annoying because I really needed to use those hidden features ASAP. I asked for a refund but was bummed out to find out customer service wasn't available online in the evenings when I made the purchase. After waiting for 2 whole days, I finally got an email with the full version, but the whole thing took over a week and so many emails to finally get it sorted out. Dealing with the lack of communication and slow replies from customer service was really frustrating.
Pro version purchase
I upgraded to the pro version a week ago, but it hasn't been working at all. I'm using Windows 10, but it just won't stay open on my desktop. The support team has been getting back to me every day, but their responses haven't really fixed the problem. I'll change my rating if they can get it working right because it shows potential when it actually stays open for a bit.
Spy app for Galaxy Note 8
This app doesn't work on my Galaxy Note 8 at all, and it's so frustrating! I've been trying to get a refund, but the customer support is terrible. They won't give me back my money. I wish I had just stayed with my old app, Xnspy. I really regret wasting my money on this garbage.
Spy software purchase
I bought this spy software mainly to keep an eye on online activities, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown. Turns out, most of the info gets saved right on the target computer, which is not great. The live view function doesn't work so well, and even asking for extra stuff like screenshots is hit or miss. After giving it a go for about a month, my Mac caught on and I had to get rid of the app. It's pretty useless once it's been spotted, since you can't hide it or move it around. Plus, the company doesn't really step up if you get busted, which is a bummer. Basically, I wasted my money on something that only did the job for a little while.
