Free backup program
I really wanted to buy this program, but I couldn't because of some currency problems. Luckily, the free version ended up working out great for me! I've tested out some other backup programs before, but none of them really did the trick for me. I'm just so thankful that I came across this one.
Backup software purchase
I was really excited about this backup software I bought, but things got bad fast. I never got the correct code to register it, even after asking for help. It was super frustrating! The support team was nowhere to be found when I needed them. I even tried to get a refund, but no dice. Really not cool!

Deceptive Trial Version
I was really let down by my experience with this software. I thought the trial version would have all the features, like disk cloning, but turns out you need to buy the full version for that. It felt like a complete waste of time and kind of sneaky to trick people into buying the software.
App purchased for partition extension
I bought an app to make one VHD bigger using another VHD, but it turned out to be a letdown. It was supposed to be like Partition Magic, but it can only resize partitions on the same disk. So, it's basically just a fancier version of Microsoft's free Disk Management tool, not a real substitute for Partition Magic. I was expecting more features and options, but it didn't really meet my needs.
