Flight cancellation, poor alternative, expensive last-minute tickets, lack of compensation
My recent experience with this airline was absolutely terrible. They canceled my flight just two days before I was supposed to leave. The replacement flight they suggested was not only a pain to deal with, but it got me to my destination over 6 hours later than I had originally planned. It was so frustrating trying to find a solution, so eventually, I just asked for a refund and had to buy new tickets at the last minute, which ended up costing me an arm and a leg. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times to see if I could get some compensation, but I haven't heard anything back yet. This whole situation has really made me think twice about using this airline again.

I recently bought Revolution for Puppies and Kittens from this seller and it turned out to be a fake product. When I got it, I noticed some things that seemed off so I looked into it online. Turns out, this seller isn't actually allowed to sell this medicine. I'm really glad I didn't give this stuff to my pets because who knows what kind of bad stuff could've been in it. It's always smart to make sure your pet's meds are legit to keep them safe and healthy.

New grill purchase
I just picked up a new grill and let me tell you, it's awesome! Putting it together was a breeze, the instructions were super straightforward. I even downloaded their app and checked out some really cool recipes and videos. My first BBQ with the new grill was a hit - I grilled up 2 whole chickens and some salmon and they came out perfect. A few nights later, I cooked up some chicken thighs and wings for the family and they absolutely loved it! I'm feeling like a pro chef now all because of this grill. I've been going to yoga classes at this place for a few months now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the teaching quality. The instructors always bring a special energy to each class, pushing us while also making sure we feel good when we leave. My favorite classes are the level 2 Hatha classes, where the instructor adds little tweaks to the poses that help me improve. It's really amazing. The teachers aren't just experts in yoga, they're also great at teaching and motivating their students. I'm thankful for this experience and excited to keep coming back.

I just bought some custom blinds from this company, and for the most part, I was pretty happy with how they turned out. But man, let me tell you, DHL really dropped the ball on the delivery. Even though the blinds were chilling at the local warehouse, they still managed to be a whole week late based on the DHL website. I kept getting notifications saying my package was on hold or had some kind of issue, but no one bothered to explain what was actually going on. The lack of communication and the super long delivery time really bummed me out.

Shirt purchase
Wow, I can't believe how long it took for me to get the shirt I ordered! It felt like forever. And then when it finally came, one of the shirts was missing and the other one was falling apart. I was really upset about it. But when I contacted customer service, they were so nice and helpful. They gave me a refund quickly and were really polite. So that part was good. But overall, the quality of the shirts was really bad.

Zero Gravity Chair
I bought a zero gravity chair at this store to help with my back pain and to relax more. The salesperson, Stacy, at first seemed like she was gonna help me find the chair I wanted at another store. But then when the chair was delivered, it didn't have the U-shaped footrest that I had double-checked with Stacy several times. So, I had to return the chair and was surprised with restocking fees and delivery charges that weren't explained clearly when I bought it. I ended up paying fees multiple times and felt like they were taking advantage of me. Just a heads up if you're thinking of shopping at this store in Beaverton, Oregon.
