Touhou Project Vampire Remilia Scarlet B Edition Cosplay
This cosplay outfit is absolutely awesome! I got a ton of compliments when I wore it. But, when I got it in the mail, there were 2 missing pieces. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful and quick to respond. They fixed the problem and sent me the missing pieces immediately. I've bought stuff from this company 4 times already and I'll keep coming back. I totally recommend them!

I just got some furniture and bedding from this place, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the quality and customer service. But, one of the items came damaged, which was a bummer. Luckily, they took care of it to my liking, so props for that. All in all, not a bad experience.

Meditations
I'm really bummed about how things went down with this company. I bought some meditations, but I couldn't even get them to download or play. I tried reaching out to customer support, but it took forever for them to get back to me. And when they finally did, all they gave me was some generic advice about using Google Chrome, which didn't do squat to fix the problem. Once I did manage to open the meditations, they would just stop playing after 5 minutes, making them completely useless. When I brought this up to customer support, they basically said they couldn't deal with tech issues and it was too late for a refund. They just kept giving me the runaround and didn't really try to help me out. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'd advise others to stay away from this company.

Last-minute cancellation
I had a terrible experience with trying to cancel a vacation home rental in the Ardennes at the last minute. I didn't get the codes for the house, and when I contacted them for help, it was hard to get a response. Finally, while we were on our way, I got an email saying the house wasn't available because of issues with operations. It really messed up our weekend plans, and we were left feeling upset and let down. I definitely won't be using that company to book anything ever again.

Solar shades purchase
My experience with the solar shades from The Shade Store has been pretty disappointing. I got these shades back in March 2022 thinking they'd be all good to go thanks to the sun's power. But then, out of nowhere, one of them started beeping because of a weak battery. Apparently, this should've been covered by the warranty, but when they swapped out the solar gizmo, it wasn't juiced up. So now they want me to cough up $200 for them to make it right, and that's just not cool. And on top of all that, the repair dude they sent over mentioned that these solar things still need a charge-up once a year. Seems shady to me that they're not standing by their warranty like they should.

I checked out this digital spying thing on my sister's phone and it's insane! I can see all her texts and where she's been going. It's like being a secret agent but on your phone! My mom mentioned she uses it to keep an eye on me as well, but I'm not concerned. It's pretty cool to be able to spy on people like that!

Affordable bifocal glasses
The bifocal glasses I ordered showed up way faster than I expected, like only about ten days after I placed the order. The frames are definitely pretty cheap, but for the price I paid, I can't really grumble too much. I will say though, I'd be careful with them because they seem like they might not hold up very well. I've only been wearing them for a week when I'm not at work, and I'm already worried about how long they'll last.

Sublime tank
The fabric was cheap but I expected that. What I didn’t expect was for the print to be completely off to one side. I asked for a replacement and they offered me 10% of my purchase and I could keep the shirt. I would not wear this shirt, the off center print makes it look ridiculous. I’m still hoping they send me a new shirt because this is their fault not mine. I didn’t order the wrong size, they sent me a faulty product. I also wanted to give one star for service but it would only let me do two.

NEVER RECEIVED
I ordered a yellow and blue pant suit in a x large. I ordered the base ball short set but no luck and a romper. This is terrible. I placed this order in February. I received 2 dresses yesterday in a large that I did not ordered. What kind of company is this? I am so disappointed. Address 501 Cypress Lane Apt 2102 I need some answers. It took 4 months to receive the items then they are the wrong sizes.

Ordered from here didn’t receive everything. Ordered 14 pieces recent 10. All of the items ran small. Nothing was the actual size I ordered. Contacted and received the return slip. Returned items in June. It’s August never received any information on returned items. Never received a cash refund yet either. Basically they have taken my money and obviously it’s nothing I can do about it. Well I contacted the better Business bureau to see what steps need to be taken to get my money back.
I knowvrhe BBB they have lots of stories about here. Luke me hanging out and asking questions. All i wanted was a exhange and i am now hooked to see the finale and will never give up. Keep the fight alive...

My dress is nothing as shown in the picture! It looks like a washed-out orange while it is displayed on the website as deep red! I asked to cancel the 2nd order processing and I am blocked from my account and all my discussions have disappeared. These people are crooks!!

Pajamas
I bought some fun Christmas pajamas for my wife and we were both very pleased with the order - reasonable quality for the low price, good delivery. However, they started barraging me with 2 emails a day and I've asked 3 times over 3 weeks for them to stop the emails. They keep saying it will take 3 days but they don't do it. I'm concerned that if their customer service is this unresponsive what would happen if we had an order problem or a payment problem? They are online and new and I don't know if they are trustworthy so we'll look somewhere else

Or I’m requesting a refund or will handle this through my credit card company as fraud or whatever.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
Ordered an item that looked totally different to the photos once it arrived.
Their non-existent return policy involves emailing a photo of the item and providing a reason for your request to return it, which I did. I asked to return it for my money back due to it looking completely different.
They offered me about a 5% refund and to keep the item. This would be pointless as I would still be spending 95% of the cost of an item that I was not never going to wear. I opted to return the item for my money back.
I returned the item to the address they provided in the email, which cost me $15 in postage. I even printed out the email conversation and my order number and placed it inside the package to help them trace it to me.
This was now around 3 weeks ago. After around 15-20 emails back and forth they have refused to accept that they have received the package and are refusing to issue my refund. So essentially they have scammed me.

t-shirts and masks
I ordered two t-shirts and two masks from this company. One t-shirt was fine, and one mask was fine. I ordered a second mask because I liked the light fabric. The second mask however had the words printed too low, so it looks odd when wearing. The second shirt arrived randomly a week later than the other items, no tracking info, and it had been overstretched when printing, so the text was crooked and warped. I requested a replacement and waited over a month. After two promises that my replacement order would be shipped within a few days, I finally requested a refund. Customer service issued the refund quickly, but I will not order again. The quality is just not reliable.
Delivery problem sound like not your problem, but im glad partial payment was satisfactory and you paid however much waifor Delivery i guess good for you. You sound like their ideal target audience then.
