    3 mask set

    Ordering and pricing are not the issue. While my boyfriend loved his birthday present (2 or so months later), there is no customer service whatsoever. No timely response or no response at all. This is unacceptable. While I understand that companies may have a slight delay, if a product cannot be delivered in a timely fashion, either you temporarily stop orders or don't charge your customers account until the product has shipped. That is what most companies do. I have no problem paying for a product but have a problem with someone using my money and not delivering what I paid for until 2 months later.

    I put 2 stars because it wouldn’t let me put one. A zero is more accurate. Horrible customer service. I am very patient with people who respect me but I have little forgiveness for a company that takes my money and don’t send my product out and then won’t respond to emails or any other attempt to contact them. As much money as they are making right now they could hire someone to answer emails. I’m sure they are swamped with orders because of the current situation but ignoring customers is very unprofessional. I can tell there are not putting customers first. The best part is they won’t let you cancel your order but I called my credit card company and got my money back. Just file a complaint. If they haven’t emailed you back or you don’t have your product by the promised date the credit card companies don’t even question it. I hope this helps some people!

    Placed an order for 6 masks on May 14, 2020. Of course they charge your credit card immediately. Beyond that, nothing. No product, no updates, and impossible to reach them. I've emailed multiple times, included my order number. I still have my email confirmation. No response. This company has got to be a scam.

    Masks and a gaiter

    Negative I ordered weeks ago and still nothing, they answered a couple emails but nothing since the last one, my own fault the one time I didn’t review, figures, buyers beware!!

    I ordered a bunch of masks in April. I received one response to my question of delivery claiming it would ship around May 25. It is now June 11 and nothing. Looks like a scam to me. Time to contact Visa with my complaint.

    I got charger tennis shoes instead of charger slides. I emailed customer service and they requested a picture of the wrong item. I sent email twice but have not heard from anyone to return shoes!

    April Preorder of Astros & Texans Gaiter Scarfs from April 14th, 2020

    I went to check on this order on May 15th and the previous stated website date for shipment was May 15th. No emails from them and I checked their website after that date and now its states orders being sent by June 20th, 2020. Emailed 2 times customer care and their response was this....."I am so sorry. This order has already been printed and sent to our warehouse. We are unable to cancel/change your address once the order has been sent to the warehouse. We have printed around 200,000 orders to prepare as the products arrive to us daily. There is no way for us to find your order since the volume is so high. Thousands of orders are shipping out everyday. As soon as the carrier scans your order onto their truck you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. We are sorry for any inconvenience. This is a unique situation and we are making every attempt to stay ahead on shipping and get all orders to our customers."

    If I go to my order status on their website its states in "Order History " -- Fulfillment Status = UNFUFILLED.

    This is not a way to run anything, even if its e-commerce. Do not waste your time with this company. READ THEIR REVIEWS -- TERRIBLE.
