    Two pairs of shoes

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this company, and I gotta tell ya, I'm super bummed about the whole thing. They charged me more than they originally said they would, and when the package finally showed up, I got a $1 pair of sunglasses instead of my shoes. I'm really annoyed and not sure how to get in touch with customer service to fix this mess.

    Items for my significant other

    So I thought I would give this a shot and ordered some stuff for my partner. He liked a couple things, but dealing with returns and exchanges was a total nightmare. It was like a never-ending cycle of trying to get what we actually wanted. One time, he got shoes and jackets that were totally not his style, which was a real bummer. The subscription kept sending boxes with basically the same stuff, so we ended up with a bunch of clothes we never bothered to send back. And to top it off, we wound up with two matching shirts from different brands in almost the exact same shade of blue. Long story short, we cancelled the subscription pretty quickly.

    Transition lenses for wife

    I just bought some transition lenses for my wife from Vlookoptical and we're so pleased with what we got. This is our fourth time ordering from them, and every time we're impressed with how good the stuff is and how cheap it is. We got four pairs with transition lenses for way less than what our nearby eyewear store charges for only two pairs. Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was quick. I really like the money we save by going with Vlookoptical without giving up on quality.

    I contacted Customer Service with a question about my filter order and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me. They were able to fix the issue promptly, which I really liked. I'd say this company is good for filter stuff. But, it would be nice if they had a phone number too, 'cause only having an email made it a little inconvenient for me.

    I bought the Vice Pure Color Eden glove and every time I wear it, my hand turns green. The quality is so low and I'm really disappointed with it. I wish I could show you some photos to see just how bad the discoloration is.

    Baby stuff - Good quality, cheap, great service

    I got a food maker, some bottles, and a bike, and they're all really great. The service here is super fast and the staff is super friendly. You won't find prices lower than here. It did take a bit to get my stuff in the mail, but that's on the mail people, not Kidsroom.

    21oz water bottle

    I recently bought a 21oz water bottle from this company and man, let me tell you, I was super let down by the quality. The second I tried to use it, that bottle just started leaking like crazy. So, I reached out to customer service and you won't believe what they said. They actually asked me to send them a video of the leaking bottle, which I did. But then they had the nerve to tell me I needed to cut the dang thing in half and send them a picture just to get a replacement. Can you believe that? Asking a customer to potentially harm themselves just to prove a product is messed up. And when I mentioned my worry about safety, they straight up ignored my emails. If that's how they handle a lifetime warranty, I'm done with them. I won't be buying anything from them ever again. How absolutely ridiculous!
