Commissions, delays
I've been really let down by this company over the past 4 years. We started working with them to handle commission payments, but it's been a total nightmare. They always push back payments and their customer service is just terrible. It takes them forever to answer even simple questions, making us feel like they don't care about us as customers.

Small Slippers
I bought some slippers as a gift, but they ended up being too small. Trying to return them was a real pain, and my requested exchange never came through. After emailing customer service, George came to the rescue by giving me a quick refund, even though it was 2 months later. I'll definitely be more cautious about using this company in the future.

Fun and engaging children's book
The delivery was really quick and easy, which was awesome. I liked that I could easily track and adjust my order. My 3-year-old, who struggles with talking, loved the book right away and wanted to look at every page. The pictures were super engaging and kept my child interested the whole time. The only small issue was that the pages could have been a little stronger.
