Deposit bonus
I want to share a bad experience I had with a platform that was offering a deposit bonus. I messed up by claiming the bonus when I deposited money, but then I found out later that I needed to do a lot of trading in order to actually get the bonus. Having to do over $500 in trading just to get a $15 bonus felt really unfair. It made me feel like I was tricked and stuck with this requirement, so I ended up deleting the platform from my device. It taught me a lesson about always reading the fine print before accepting any bonuses in the future.

Actuator for turbo charger
I just bought an actuator for my turbo charger from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by their service. They didn't ship my order in time for overnight delivery like they said they would, and when I asked about it, the manager was super unhelpful and didn't take it seriously at all. The way the staff at this company handled everything was just not cool and unprofessional.

Delta 8 gummies
After waiting around a week for my Delta 8 gummies to show up and not getting any answers to my customer service questions, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed out by the way this company has been handling things. Their website made it seem like they had some awesome products, and I was really looking forward to trying them out. But it seems like they dropped the ball on following through, and now I'm just feeling frustrated and let down. I've reached out multiple times via email to ask about my order, but I haven't heard a peep back. When I'm buying something, I expect to stay in the loop and know what's going on, but it feels like they haven't been on the same page. I think I'll start looking into other options for my Delta 8 needs from now on.

Listed NIB, so new it was still in brown Lionel shipping box, looked great, put on track, would not speed up and stalled w/o going around track. their customer service was FANTASTIC!, every time i e-mailed them they responded, they quickly sent me shipping label, long story short, within couple days I had my Engine back and running great! My only drawback is items listed under "preview" are exclusive to members only, I feel if it listed PERIOD, it should be up for grabs to ANYONE!

Software game
Purchased a game today. Was supposed to go to Uplay to get it, well Uplay was replaced by Ubisoft Connection. Game is not in my account. Emailing support, at least 3 people have responded in the email chain but they do not even bother looking at previous emails. All just say download Uplay and it will be there. Screen shots they send out, I do not think even exist anymore. Tried calling, of course, cannot talk to anyone. Trying to get money back since I cannot get game. Support has been worthless so far. Will have to try to cancel through Paypal.

My scooter had very little use and also, I kept my Hiboy scooter in perfect condition, the useful life was 14 months. You pay a very high price for a very low quality. Technical support immediately disregards the problem when it sees that the product is out of warranty. What a disappointment!!

To be honest it was working OK in the beginning then then the capture in a screenshot stopped working altogether and the taking a photo works. Other than that not all the text messages come through nor do the calls. Sure why can't get customer support to get back to me on my emails or even call me as I have left several would be good if it would work and if it would upload all the data like it's supposed to honestly I've had empty spy before and it worked marvelous kudos to emspy the only bad thing about M spy is that it will tell Target phone that there is some sort of something on their phone as the Cleve guard does not Do that which is nice

Hotel room for 1 night plus 18 days parking
Negative: I made reservations for a hotel room plus 18 days parking on June 3, 2021. Check-in on July 24. Arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm. The desk had no record of my reservation and no available rooms. Ended up sleeping in the airport.

Really wish you could give negative ratings. The software does not filter correctly, dies after 24 hours and the only thing worst that the software is their lack of support. Really wish I had used Credit card instead of PayPal so I could dispute the charge easier. Don't waste your time or money on this product. ** add-on** after uninstalling the software my Microsoft Edge would no longer launch, why would this software effect Edge? Then I remembered this is a Chinese Company and my data may be getting reported back to the Chinese Government - Dangerous. I restored my computer from a backup prior to the install and now I am off to change all password! Again not worth the time or money.

Love our purchase
My husband and I have made 2 purchases with Alpha Defense and have had only 1 issue, some stickers my husband ordered were back ordered. All these negative responses are bad beings the current situation the world is in. Just because a company is trying their hardest to keep up the all the orders coming in because people are “desperate” for something doesn’t mean you can bash a company. Every shopping (in person or online) is in complete backlog right now. Give it time people!
I was charged 51.47 for 5 mask that back oder never showed up..
Don’t care what’s going in the world, a month to get something when you’re competitors are getting stuff out I less than two weeks? That’s just bad business.

I understand the long wait, but what I don't understand is 5 items I've ordered are none of my orders! There was a note stating NOT THE DESIGN YOU CHOSE BUT THE SAFETY YOU NEED. This is outrageous and unproffesional! Its like I've ordered pizza and effing broccoli arrived! Thank god I ordered mine via paypal. I guess I will just report and get my money back. This is ridiculous. Order on 04/19/2020 paid the additional for priority delivery. Was told that it shipped last Thursday and that tracking number would take 24-48 hours. Still no tracking and I have to wait on a huge que in customer service again. I am so angry right now.

Took my money and NEVER ARRIVED. No one picks up the phone. No one returns emails. Putting dispute in with credit card company. This BOGUS review site will not let me rate one star. It will only let me go down to 2 stars...
Ordered on April 30. Was informed by E-mail mothers day package would arrive on May 7. Its May 18 and it still hasn't arrived. Sent two E-mails and called three rimes. No returns on either E-mail or phone. This company is a joke.

Bullet antenna and 2 face shields
Purchase made 3/11 and they collected my money that day. Arrival 4/1, three weeks later. Contents of antenna was incomplete. Base screws were not packed in China that day I guess. Customer service is fake and their chat service is bogus. Never buying from them again !!!!! But I will make sure as many people as i can know about this.
