I ended up going with Rebecca wigs and their customer service was top-notch. Simba, who helped me out, was really great and I couldn't have made my purchase without him. My experience with Ivy City was a letdown. I bought some coats for kids, but they weren't as good as I had hoped. Trying to return them was a total mess. Ivy City said they had an easy Happy Returns system, but that wasn't true at all. I had to go to FedEx, only to find out the Happy Returns Code didn't work. When I reached out to Happy Returns, I found out that Ivy City wasn't really using their service like they said. Instead, they were doing a Standard Return process and charging a 12% restocking fee. This meant I had to mail the coats back or bring them in person, with no option for a quick refund. It was frustrating and confusing, especially considering how poor the quality of the coats was.

Overpriced shoes
Buying shoes from this place is such a rip-off. Their prices are sky-high, and even with discounts, it's still not worth it. Family-friendly resort experience
We stayed at this resort recently and it was kind of a mixed bag. The location was gorgeous and the resort itself looked really nice. But, our lodge had a few issues that were a bit annoying, even though they were small. The staff was super friendly and we liked the dining choices. There were a lot of things to do to keep us busy, but it seemed like the resort was mostly geared towards families with kids. The spa was a bit disappointing, with some things not working right and cleanliness problems. Even with a few things not going perfectly, we still had a good time during our stay.

Software game
Purchased a game today. Was supposed to go to Uplay to get it, well Uplay was replaced by Ubisoft Connection. Game is not in my account. Emailing support, at least 3 people have responded in the email chain but they do not even bother looking at previous emails. All just say download Uplay and it will be there. Screen shots they send out, I do not think even exist anymore. Tried calling, of course, cannot talk to anyone. Trying to get money back since I cannot get game. Support has been worthless so far. Will have to try to cancel through Paypal.

BUYER BEWARE: When purchasing suitcases from Eagle Creek that come with a full life time warranties, please be aware that you as the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to the manufacture for repair. We just incurred such a cost to have a suitcase posts repaired on the bottom that was broken by the airlines. Shipment to have this repaired cost over $100.00 to ship UPS from Medford Oregon to repair shop in Portland, Oregon. And an additional FYI, luggage was lost/misplaced by repair company for over two months. Eagle Creek customer support was contacted regarding such and outrageous shipping costs but would not help or assist with shipping costs. Not pleased at this point with Eagle Creek support or customer service. However, great luggage!

Really wish you could give negative ratings. The software does not filter correctly, dies after 24 hours and the only thing worst that the software is their lack of support. Really wish I had used Credit card instead of PayPal so I could dispute the charge easier. Don't waste your time or money on this product. ** add-on** after uninstalling the software my Microsoft Edge would no longer launch, why would this software effect Edge? Then I remembered this is a Chinese Company and my data may be getting reported back to the Chinese Government - Dangerous. I restored my computer from a backup prior to the install and now I am off to change all password! Again not worth the time or money.

Love our purchase
My husband and I have made 2 purchases with Alpha Defense and have had only 1 issue, some stickers my husband ordered were back ordered. All these negative responses are bad beings the current situation the world is in. Just because a company is trying their hardest to keep up the all the orders coming in because people are “desperate” for something doesn’t mean you can bash a company. Every shopping (in person or online) is in complete backlog right now. Give it time people!

Purchase made 3/11 and they collected my money that day. Arrival 4/1, three weeks later. Contents of antenna was incomplete. Base screws were not packed in China that day I guess.
