Master Cylinder Purchase
My friend told me about this vendor, so I decided to give them a try when I couldn't find the Master Cylinder I needed anywhere else. I placed an order, but it got canceled because they didn't have the part available. The customer service team gave me the manufacturer's phone number, and it turns out they had the part I needed but wasn't in the vendor's usual inventory. They put the order on hold for me and I got my part within 4 days. Plus, as a new customer, I got a 10% discount on my purchase. Their amazing customer service and willingness to go above and beyond really impressed me, so I'll definitely be coming back to them for any future auto part needs.
Diesel injection pump part purchase
I bought a diesel injection pump part that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was a little worried at first because of some bad reviews, but I was actually really happy with the price. When I placed my order, the part seemed to vanish from my account for a bit, but when I contacted customer service, they quickly sorted it out and helped me find my order. The part showed up a few days later, and I'm super pleased with how everything went down. I'll definitely think about ordering from them again next time.
Difficult-to-find truck axle
I gotta say, I was super happy with FinditParts. I was looking for a tough-to-find axle for my truck, and they hooked me up with a killer deal. The customer service was amazing, they really knew their stuff about the product I needed. Only hiccup was getting the shipping details after the part was already here. But honestly, that didn't bother me too much. I'm happy with my purchase and I'll for sure be coming back to FinditParts again.
2003 V-rod starter solenoid replacement
What a pain it was trying to track down a new starter solenoid for my 2003 V-rod! The folks at my local H-D shop said they didn't make that part anymore and didn't give me any options. So, I decided to search online for some help. Luckily, I stumbled upon FinditParts and they had the perfect match for my V-rod. The part showed up fast and I was able to get my bike up and running again with no problems.
Cat oil filter
I ordered an oil filter for my motorhome, and I was expecting the Cat brand but got Baldwin filters instead. I was kinda bummed out at first, but then I saw the price and they were really affordable so I just decided to go with it. I'll have to see how they do on my next oil change to find out if they're any good.
Mirror
Daniel was amazing, he knew his stuff, was super friendly and helpful. The mirror got here in just 24 hours like he promised. Also got a nice 10% discount as a first-time customer. Definitely happy with the service.
Transmission fluid and filters
I just ordered some transmission fluid and filters from FinditParts. The filters showed up in four days, but the transmission fluid took a whole extra week to get here. I was stressing because I needed it in four days for my Motorhome trip, but luckily it all worked out. The delay was annoying, but the products were top-notch and a good deal overall.

I couldn't believe how fast my order got to my door up here in Ontario, Canada. It only took 4 days to get the part I needed in my hands, and that's some top-notch service in my book. Small order for rear turn signal truck lights
I just ordered some new rear turn signal lights for my truck because the old ones were busted. The price from the company was super cheap, and the shipping came way quicker than I thought. Ordered 4 car parts
Alright, so I ordered 4 car parts and only got 2 of them really quick! But now I gotta wait for the other 2, which is a bummer. Wish they could just all come together, ugh!
Heavy, long, and bulky parts
The packaging for the stuff I got wasn't great. The box looked like it got roughed up during delivery, so I was worried the parts inside might be messed up. Luckily, when I checked, the parts seemed fine. Still, I was hoping for better packaging especially since the items were big and heavy. It got me thinking about how much care they really put into the shipping process.
Bronze bushing purchase
I just bought three packs of bronze bushings from FinditParts. Supposed to be four in each pack, but one only had three. Contacted customer service about it, and they were super quick to help out and fix the problem. FinditParts ended up giving me a full refund right away, which was really nice of them.
Replacement mirror for RV
Thank you for hooking us up with that replacement mirror for our RV! We couldn't find it anywhere else, but lucky for us, FinditParts had it in stock. The price and shipping costs were totally reasonable, and we're very grateful for that. Overall, it was a great experience and we're happy with the outcome.
Haldex air dryer
Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. Jim.
