I just bought an actuator for my turbo charger from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by their service. I won't be buying from this company again because their service is not reliable.

I just ordered a part I really needed right away for a machine that wasn't working. Even though I picked next day air shipping, the tracking info said it was sent ground. I reached out to customer service, they admitted the error and offered to give back the extra I paid for express shipping. But since the delay cost me money, I asked for a full refund on shipping. They said no, which was frustrating over such a small $12 difference. It's really disappointing when companies don't stick to their shipping promises, especially when it ends up costing us customers.
Cat oil filter
I ordered an oil filter for my motorhome, and I was expecting the Cat brand but got Baldwin filters instead. I was kinda bummed out at first, but then I saw the price and they were really affordable so I just decided to go with it. I'll have to see how they do on my next oil change to find out if they're any good.

Oh my gosh, it was such a pain trying to buy an air filter from this place! I placed my order online, got an email confirming it, and then two days later they were all like, "Hey, download this form, fill it out, and send it back." Seriously, what a hassle! I'm really upset about my recent purchase from this company. I paid more for two-day air delivery, but my order ended up arriving three days late. The product was ready and shipped on time, but UPS delayed the delivery by a day, so I had to push back my vacation by two days. It was really frustrating and messed up my plans. I think when you're paying extra for faster shipping, you should get better service than that.
