Fuel and oil filters
I haven't received the fuel filter that I paid for even though the company promised it. My order came in two shipments but one item was missing. Since July, I've been getting emails saying the missing filter will be shipped but it never arrives. The broken promises and lack of follow-through have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I won't be buying from this company again because their service is not reliable.
