Glasses order
I just got a new pair of glasses from this store and the whole ordering thing was super easy. They came pretty quickly, but they were a tad too large for my face. Luckily, the customer service peeps were really quick and nice about swapping them out for a smaller size. It was great how fast and helpful they were. I felt like they really cared about making sure I got what I needed. So yeah, I was pretty happy with the service I got.

Missed flight issue
I'm really bummed out about the lack of support from this company. When I missed my flight, I was stuck at the airport for 11 hours with no help from StudentUniverse. The airline did offer a free rebooking, but StudentUniverse didn't help at all despite my calls. It's pretty crazy that they can just leave students hanging like that. This whole situation has really turned me off from using their service again.

I recently bought this instant wrinkle filler, but man, what a letdown. It's so not instant and didn't do a dang thing for my wrinkles. I kept using it for a few weeks, hoping to see some improvement, but nope, nothing changed. So, I decided to return it and get my money back. It's been a month since I started the return process, and I still haven't gotten my refund. Customer service does reply to my emails, but everything's taking forever. Feels like they're dragging their feet on giving me my cash back. I'm pretty bummed about the product, especially since they hyped it up so much.
