Master Cylinder Purchase
My friend told me about this vendor, so I decided to give them a try when I couldn't find the Master Cylinder I needed anywhere else. I placed an order, but it got canceled because they didn't have the part available. The customer service team gave me the manufacturer's phone number, and it turns out they had the part I needed but wasn't in the vendor's usual inventory. They put the order on hold for me and I got my part within 4 days. Plus, as a new customer, I got a 10% discount on my purchase. Oh my goodness, I'm obsessed with Stylevana and their products! I totally understand that things can be out of stock and shipping takes time, but I ran into an issue. In my recent order, one of the products was missing. I reached out to them via email to inform them, and they responded requesting photos of the receipt, the package, and the products that I did receive. I provided the requested photos, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't received a response. Stylevana, please step up your customer service game and get back to me!
