After waiting around a week for my Delta 8 gummies to show up and not getting any answers to my customer service questions, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed out by the way this company has been handling things. Their website made it seem like they had some awesome products, and I was really looking forward to trying them out. But it seems like they dropped the ball on following through, and now I'm just feeling frustrated and let down. I've reached out multiple times via email to ask about my order, but I haven't heard a peep back. When I'm buying something, I expect to stay in the loop and know what's going on, but it feels like they haven't been on the same page. I think I'll start looking into other options for my Delta 8 needs from now on.
Won't ship my order, won't respond
I thought this place was cool at first, but it's been a whole week and my order still hasn't shipped! I even reached out to them, but they haven't responded at all. It's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. Ugh, so frustrating!
Delta 8 products
As a customer of Direct Delta 8, I just wanted to say that I was seriously impressed with the Delta 8 products I bought. They had such a great selection of products that it was easy for me to find exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy peasy, and the customer service was amazing. They always responded quickly to my questions and gave me some really helpful advice. The prices were fair and definitely competitive, especially for the quality of the products. And let me tell you, my order arrived super fast! All in all, Direct Delta 8 totally blew me away.
CBD purchase
I've noticed that sometimes mistakes can happen with my orders, but I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service team - they always fix things right away and make sure I'm happy. They really go above and beyond. Their dedication to customer service is top-notch.
Ordered on March 28th (AM)-Still Hasn't Shipped as of 4/7 (USPS Tracking Proof)
I ordered "1" 3g vape cart on March 28th in the AM, yet after numerous emails back and forth with customer service, am being told the issue is on USPS. However, tracking shows USPS never physically received the item. This isn't my first rodeo with this type of delay/issue, yet 9/10 times the issue isn't on USPS if they haven't even received the shipment. Was promised "reship" days ago, yet their latest reply is now asking me to keep waiting for tracking to update? 10 days since placing order and nothing. Wow! BEWARE!
