Recent chair purchase
I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this company when I first checked them out. The website was all over the place, ordering was a hassle, and it took forever for my chair to show up. But you know what? The chair is actually super comfy and putting it together was a breeze. Yeah, the armrest got a bit wobbly and the seat fabric seems like it could tear easily, but thankfully their warranty process was easy and they sent me a new part for free in no time.
