Alienware S5000 chair
I just bought the Alienware S5000 chair and was a little bummed to see a tiny crack in one of the plastic pieces on the back. But when I talked to customer service about getting it fixed, they were super fast and sent me a whole new seat bottom right away. The customer service was top-notch the whole way through. Even though there was a hiccup with the chair at first, I'm happy with how they took care of it so quickly.
