Alienware S5000 chair purchase
I got the Alienware S5000 chair about a year ago. Just recently, the gas cylinder started acting up, but luckily it was still covered under warranty. The company's support team really came through and quickly replaced the part with very little hassle. It's nice to see that they back up their products and provide good service when things go wrong. I'm still happy with the chair and its overall quality.
