I'm in my 50s and I'm always getting compliments on my skin, all thanks to their products. The 2-day shipping was super handy, but I was pretty irritated about that unexpected $7 border fee. Although, when I ran into a problem with one of the products, they were quick to send me a replacement. Their customer service was spot on and I totally recommend their skincare line.

Subscription renewal nightmare
I tried to cancel my subscription, but it felt like I was stuck in a maze with no way out. The company's terms and conditions seemed like a secret language only they understood, so canceling felt impossible. I had to log in to their website, which was a real puzzle, and even then, there was no clear way to cancel. The whole process was confusing and frustrating, making me feel like I was trapped in a cycle of endless payments. Customer service didn't help much, so I ended up feeling pretty disappointed. I won't be using this service again and will be searching for a better one that actually cares about its customers.

Software update issue
I bought some software from Microsoft and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by how unreliable their updates are. I got hit with an error message that said "something happened and we couldn't complete the update", along with the error code 0x80073CFE. It totally stopped me from updating my software, which was super annoying and a huge waste of time. I mean, come on now, Microsoft is a big name and I really hope they step up and fix this problem real soon.

My recent online shoe purchase from this company was a total letdown. It seemed like it took forever for them to even get my order going, which left me feeling pretty irritated and wondering if they even care about their customers. Finally, when my order did show up later than they said it would, they didn't even bother to acknowledge the inconvenience in their email support.
