Failed Delivery
I was really looking forward to getting my new stuff, but it's been a huge letdown. I placed two orders back in November, and they were supposed to arrive in less than two weeks. It's been way longer than that now, and I still haven't gotten anything. I tried reaching out to customer service, and they did answer me at first, but then they just disappeared. No response to my emails or calls. It's like they don't care about me or my order at all. So disappointing.
