Rapid Vibration Machine
I was really disappointed with this place. I bought a Rapid Vibration Machine and was so excited to get it, but that all changed when the shipping carrier dropped it off on my porch without my 3rd floor apt number, and it got stolen. I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but they said no. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. It's crazy that they would treat a paying customer like that. I can't trust a company that only cares about money and not customer satisfaction. I'm definitely going to let people know about how unprofessional and dishonest this business is.

Birthday gifts for son
I wanted to grab my son some cool socks and underwear for his birthday and this place seemed to have good stuff, but man, the whole process was a total nightmare! I had to make two separate purchases just to send him both gifts. And then, on his birthday, he only received one of the gift emails! Can you believe that? I had to reach out to them about it, but they weren't working on the weekend, so I had to wait until Tuesday to hear back. They told me my son would need to create a new email address just to get the second gift! Like, seriously? It's so strange! They only communicate through text and email too. Imagine if Amazon made you get a new email every time you ordered something? Crazy! They did give a refund for one order, though. The folks I was texting with were really nice and helpful, but the whole email situation was just confusing.

Order delay and cancellation
I ordered a bike and was really looking forward to getting it, but the delivery just kept getting pushed back. I ended up having to cancel my order because it was taking forever. Customer service was no help whatsoever, and now I'm stuck waiting for my refund. It's really disappointing.

Flight delay nightmare
Our flight from Manchester to Malaga got delayed with a layover in Madrid, which left us stuck at the Madrid airport without our luggage, a hotel, or a connecting flight for a whopping 15 hours. We're trying to get compensation for all the extra costs we incurred, but so far, the airline has been silent and hasn't taken any responsibility, even after 7 months.

Recent gadget disappointments
I've been using this service for a while, and I gotta say, my recent deliveries have been kinda disappointing. Even though I paid a good amount, the stuff I got last time wasn't all that great. I got a wallet worth $15.99, a wireless charger worth $34.60, and a clip worth $4.99. None of it really wowed me. I'm starting to think my good luck has disappeared, but I'm curious enough to give it one more try to see what I get next time.

Even though they said they checked and it was delivered, I can say for sure that no one tried to drop off any package at my place, because I have security cameras that caught everything.
