I just got these mechanical keyboard switches from a company, and let me tell you, they're worth the wait. Survey Rewards Redemption
I had a rough time with this survey rewards site. I did everything they asked, had the app all set up on my device, but when I tried to cash out my points for 10 bucks, they said my account was locked. The customer service folks gave me a not-so-great reason and wouldn't let me cash out or unlock my account, which I thought was pretty uncool and not right.

This customer service is absolutely terrible! I've been struggling to return an item for weeks now and haven't gotten anywhere. The order number on my packing slip doesn't even do anything on the website. I've sent several emails, tried online chat, and called their customer service number but nothing has worked. It's really frustrating and disappointing to experience such awful service.
