I was so excited to finally find the right size online because it's hard to find half sizes in stores! I ordered it late at night and it was shipped out the next day with Tracked Mail. My boots came really quickly and were wrapped up nicely. The customer service was amazing and even though I'm not local, I would definitely buy from them online again.

Four-month pill refill purchase
I just bought a four-month supply of pills from this company, but still haven't gotten my order. They charged me $80 on August 1st and I haven't even seen a shipping confirmation. The lack of communication and delay in getting my pills has left me feeling totally vulnerable and annoyed. And to top it off, they charged me another $80 today. This kind of service is not okay, especially when it comes to important health stuff.

When I talked to someone about it, they said it was because of repair costs in my area. I felt frustrated and annoyed that they weren't more upfront about how they came up with the new price. Even though they tried to find some discounts for me, I didn't think the big price hike was fair, especially since I have a good driving record, always pay on time, and have multiple policies with them. I told them straight up that I wouldn't stand for such a high increase and that I'd switch insurance companies if I had to.

Overall, dealing with this company has been a big disappointment. I'm thinking about reporting them for false advertising and shady practices. It seems like they care more about selling stuff than actually helping customers. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from them to be careful.

Extended warranty experience
My experience with Everything Breaks was awful. I had been making premium payments for months, but when I needed coverage for my transmission repair, they denied my claim even though it was supposed to be covered in my policy. The claims manager, Gabriel, was so rude and unhelpful, it was like he thought he owned the company. The adjuster didn't even do a thorough assessment of my vehicle before denying my claim. It all just felt like a big scam, with lies and excuses to avoid paying for repairs. I definitely wouldn't recommend Everything Breaks to anyone - steer clear!

I messed up by not checking out the reviews before buying from this company. My friend never got her birthday flowers when they were supposed to arrive, and I had to deal with some annoying customer service to get my money back. They decided to switch up the bouquet without even asking me, and then delivered it way too late after my friend had already left town. All they offered to fix things was a credit, which was a bummer because I really wanted a refund. Not happy at all with how things went down, and definitely wouldn't suggest going with them.

I just bought 8 things from the website, but 4 of them were out of stock and on backorder. Then, after I got the confirmation, they told me that one more item was on backorder. They said everything would be shipped by a certain date, but I had to keep checking to see if my stuff was coming. I had to ask about the items labeled as in stock to finally get an update on my backordered items. Sadly, I only got 5 out of the 8 items I ordered. And now, 3 items are getting canceled because my payment expired, which wouldn't have happened if they had sent them on time like they said they would.
