past 12 months, so they’re done. No repair offer, no replacement, no real explanation. What made it worse was that Amiro released a new model three days after my order and quietly discontinued the one I had — I found that out later and tried asking them about potential faults in December 2024, but they ignored me. So it feels like you buy a comfortable, well-designed mask that works great at first, and then you’re left with dead plastic and LEDs and a wall of silence. I’m not saying the idea is bad — it felt good to use — but the longevity and the company’s follow-through are the problems. If you care about reliability or support, this was disappointing. If you just want a short-term at-home glow and don’t mind possibly replacing it, that’s a different calculation.
Rainy unboxing, instant red flag
throw it away. No return, no repair, just toss it. That stung — not just the waste, but the lack of accountability from a company selling pricey tech. So my original doubts about quality and transparency? Still there, doubled. A working product should be baseline, gift or not. I won’t buy again, and I’d tell others to think twice.
All-in-one facial device
The facial device from this brand is just amazing. It saves me a ton of time and makes my skincare routine so much easier. I don't know how I ever lived without it in my beauty stash.
Mirror purchase
I bought a mirror from AMIRO last November, but I never got it. I waited for two months, then realized it must have gotten lost on the way. I emailed AMIRO several times asking for a refund, but all they sent back were generic messages telling me to wait. It's really frustrating to have paid £80 for something that never arrived, and their customer service has been terrible. I feel like they've left me hanging and I have to deal with this mess by myself.
Makeup mirror from my boyfriend
Oh my gosh, my boyfriend got me this awesome light-up mirror, and it's seriously so stylish! I'm obsessed with how it illuminates my face while I'm doing my makeup—it's like having my own personal glam team. I'm thrilled with it, he totally gets my taste!
