Search bar experience
During my recent trip to the store, I had some issues with the search bar when looking for a specific product. At first, I noticed that the search bar wasn't very stable because the items kept moving around. After a bit of trial and error, I figured out that if I stopped moving the cursor after clicking on something, it made the search process smoother. Another problem I had was making sure I chose the right product code after selecting it. I had to double-check in the cart to make sure the right item was added. It would've been easier if the product code showed up right after I picked it, instead of having to go to the cart to verify. Despite these little obstacles, the shopping experience was really good. One thing that did catch me off guard was the tax added at the very end of checkout. It would've been nice to know about this charge before getting to the final total, even though it wasn't a big deal.

They should really have solid evidence before making things off-limits. It's just not cool!

Swanson has really changed and not in a good way. My shopping trip was a total pain because the prices kept changing. Every time I added something to my cart, the price would go up and down, making me frustrated enough to just give up and not buy anything several times. It took me all day and multiple tries just to finish my small order. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, but their service and pricing have been all over the place lately. Because of this, I'm looking at other companies for my shopping from now on.
Vitamins purchase
The website got a cool update, but now I can't see all the info like I used to. I really liked being able to see the back of the bottle and knowing if it was a tablet or a veggie cap. They should put back the ingredients and add more info to the product details window.
