Delayed train, no alternative transportation offered, waited on the platform all day, slow refund process. Disappointing experience overall.
My recent train ride was a nightmare thanks to a strike. I was stuck on the platform for hours with no backup plan, and the staff didn't give us any info. It felt like I was on my own with no help. Plus, getting my ticket refund could take up to 6 months, which is a pain. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't suggest using this service if you care about being on time and good customer service.

I had a great time with the company. But sadly, I had to stop drinking due to health issues, so I no longer needed the wine subscription. Still, when I was getting those deliveries, I thought the wines were top-notch and the prices were fair.
