Phone case wrong size
I bought this phone case and got the wrong size, so I tried to exchange it online. But man, it was so hard to figure out where to do that! I hit them up on Twitter and sent an email too, but no luck - no response at all. They told me to click 'exchange' on my order, but that button was nowhere to be found. I kept asking for an exchange, but they just ended up giving me a refund instead. It was such a pain dealing with them, honestly.
Online purchase experience
I just had a really bad experience with an online purchase from this one company. I tried to cancel my order before it even got to me, but they still made me pay for return shipping. On top of that, I had to make my own return label with their address and follow all these strict rules for sending it back. It was so annoying and really turned me off from shopping with them again.

Few miscellaneous purchase history of mine with Sonix Like mobile stand ,iPhone covers and as I can remember sunglasses But those were before pandemic time Later all purchases were focused on safety items.like sanitizers disinfection liquids hand washes Here I found one very good item which is very useful in view of sanitize small items rather belongings mostly I carry in pocket and bags Uv 3 sanitizing box which is requirement of time Small articles like keys ,mobiles ,keychains etc Instead sanitizing them better drop in this box for few minutes and bet all.this clear from any possibility of infections Costing is good not cheaper but affordable
