Rewards program and customer service
I had a terrible experience with the rewards program and customer service at this store. The rewards program is so complicated and feels like you're stuck on a never-ending train ride. It's nearly impossible to actually use your rewards, and canceling is even worse - the charges just keep coming for years. The program renews itself without asking and promises discounts that never seem to work when you try to use them. Even when you see the reward applied in your cart at checkout, the final charge on your card doesn't reflect it. It's really frustrating and feels kind of dishonest.

I was in a bit of a jam, needing a last-minute visa with no clue where to go. Luckily, I found this service that managed to get everything sorted in less than 2 hours. It was a total lifesaver and stopped me from having to cancel my trip. I can't praise them enough, seriously.

Swanson has really changed and not in a good way. My shopping trip was a total pain because the prices kept changing. Every time I added something to my cart, the price would go up and down, making me frustrated enough to just give up and not buy anything several times. It took me all day and multiple tries just to finish my small order. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, but their service and pricing have been all over the place lately. Because of this, I'm looking at other companies for my shopping from now on.
