    Durable.and affordable baggage I have some.good bags in different sizes and provisions Though crossbody bags are comparatively better then of my other bags My preference is provisions under the bagging and compartments given by maker Crossbody Packing cubes of two bigger sizes 40 and 60 inches looks space wise different
    This type of bags should not be of.this color either dark brown or militery colors or even black will be better then offered color
    Pricing is mot cheaper at all I have good backpack for different purpose and provisions including tabs space and side water bottles Quality of hard materials assuring this will last long.

    Cooler warranty replacement

    The process of getting a warranty replacement for my cooler was so easy and quick. I was really impressed by how simple it was - all I had to do was get a prepaid label, pack my cooler in a box I got for $5 at UPS, and send it off. Just 2 weeks later, I got a brand new cooler delivered right to my door. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

    Unlike some other companies that make you jump through hoops and answer a ton of questions, my experience with the warranty process at YETI was a breeze. It's obvious that they really believe in their products, and this warranty replacement just proved that even more to me.

    Versatile and durable products for everyday use

    This brand's products are seriously amazing! My family and I have been putting the bottles, lunch boxes, and Crossroads Backpack to the test with school, hiking, fishing, and sports games. Let me tell you, these products are top-notch. The bottles keep our drinks cold for hours, the lunch boxes have plenty of space and keep everything fresh, and the Crossroads Backpack is comfy to wear and holds all our stuff just right. We are beyond satisfied with our buys and will definitely be getting more from this brand in the future.

    Faulty product, leaky replacement

    I bought this super vibrant tumbler thinking it would be perfect for my trip to Portugal, but it turned out to be a total disaster. It started leaking, so I had to return it. Dealing with the return process was a nightmare - they said I missed the deadline in an email, but I was already sick and out of town.     Stainless steel water bottle

    I just bought this sweet stainless steel water bottle from YETI and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! We all know stuff can go wrong during manufacturing, but it's all good as long as the company steps up and fixes it. YETI really came through for me, getting back to my claim super fast not once, but twice, in just 24 hours. My water bottle is getting a lot of love and use every day, and I gotta say, their quick and efficient response really put a smile on my face.

    Yeti cup replacement

    I got a Yeti cup for my birthday, but after just a week, I saw that the bottom ring had split. I contacted the company on their website and they got back to me asking for more info and pictures. I sent them what they needed and they said they'd replace my cup under warranty. A few days later, a new cup showed up at my door. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got from them. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they made everything way more complicated than it should have been. I had to take pictures of the problem and send the mug back to them. It was a hassle, especially since it took so much time. I also noticed that others had the same issue with the color I picked. In the end, they only offered me a replacement in a basic color, even though the one I wanted wasn't available anymore. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be buying from them again.

    Replacement Tundra cooler

    Oh my gosh, I received a replacement Tundra cooler and it was completely messed up. They sent me another one, but to my surprise, it had the same issue! Can you believe it? They asked me to return it, but I was like, absolutely not. Eventually, they sent me a gasket to repair it on my own. Ugh, so frustrating. I had high hopes for this company known for their high-priced coolers, but I was let down. I probably should have gone for a cheaper alternative since it likely would have been better quality for a lower cost.

    I had to go through a lot just to get my product warranty claim approved. At first, they didn't believe me when I said my vacuum seal was messed up. After sending proof, they finally gave me the approval, but then they called it a "one-time customer service gesture," which was disappointing. If you promise a 5-year warranty, stick to it and don't make me jump through hoops.

    My customer service experience was terrible. I had two products that got moldy, and when I asked about switching to stainless steel ones, they resisted and wanted me to pay for the faulty items.     Cooler warranty solution

    I was really happy with the customer service I got from this company. They replied quickly to my question and they handled everything professionally and politely. Even though my cooler was no longer under warranty, they still went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't have asked for better service.
