Durable and safe purchase
These products are seriously top quality, totally worth the extra money compared to those cheaper knock-offs. The way they're made guarantees safety and they use really good, safe materials. It’s like they say, you really do get what you pay for with these high-end items.
Faulty product, leaky replacement
I bought this super vibrant tumbler thinking it would be perfect for my trip to Portugal, but it turned out to be a total disaster. It started leaking, so I had to return it. Dealing with the return process was a nightmare - they said I missed the deadline in an email, but I was already sick and out of town. I had to take a long drive to the nearest town just to get a replacement, and it was a different color! It was such a stressful and frustrating experience.
Hard-to-open products
I bought some things that were really tough to open. Even my brother and dad struggled with it. The replacements were just as difficult.
Bubbled and peeling coating on mug
The coating on my mug started peeling a few years after I bought it, which was a bummer considering how much I spent. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they made everything way more complicated than it should have been. I had to take pictures of the problem and send the mug back to them. It was a hassle, especially since it took so much time. I also noticed that others had the same issue with the color I picked. In the end, they only offered me a replacement in a basic color, even though the one I wanted wasn't available anymore. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be buying from them again.
Stainless steel tumbler
I bought a stainless steel tumbler from this company and after about a year, it stopped keeping my drinks cold. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful in getting me a replacement. The whole process was really easy and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they stood by their product. I'll definitely be going back to them again because of their awesome service.
Replacement Tundra cooler
Oh my gosh, I received a replacement Tundra cooler and it was completely messed up. They sent me another one, but to my surprise, it had the same issue! Can you believe it? They asked me to return it, but I was like, absolutely not. Eventually, they sent me a gasket to repair it on my own. Ugh, so frustrating. I had high hopes for this company known for their high-priced coolers, but I was let down. I probably should have gone for a cheaper alternative since it likely would have been better quality for a lower cost.
Coolers, drink devices, and family appeal
I'm a regular customer and I've bought all sorts of stuff like coolers, drinkware, and family items online. We only had one hiccup when we got the wrong size Rambler, but the customer service team took care of it super fast and without any trouble. I really like the top-notch products and the awesome customer service we got.
Yeti cup replacement
I got a Yeti cup for my birthday, but after just a week, I saw that the bottom ring had split. I contacted the company on their website and they got back to me asking for more info and pictures. I sent them what they needed and they said they'd replace my cup under warranty. A few days later, a new cup showed up at my door. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got from them. If you promise a 5-year warranty, stick to it and don't make me jump through hoops.
Moldy products
My customer service experience was terrible. I had two products that got moldy, and when I asked about switching to stainless steel ones, they resisted and wanted me to pay for the faulty items. That's not cool with me, so I won't be buying from them anymore, personally or for my business. I'll definitely make sure to tell others about my disappointing experience.
Cooler warranty replacement
The process of getting a warranty replacement for my cooler was so easy and quick. I was really impressed by how simple it was - all I had to do was get a prepaid label, pack my cooler in a box I got for $5 at UPS, and send it off. Just 2 weeks later, I got a brand new cooler delivered right to my door. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

I was really happy with the customer service I got from this company. They replied quickly to my question and they handled everything professionally and politely. Bought a big French press
I recently got this really nice French press that keeps my coffee hot for hours. It does a great job of keeping out any coffee grounds, which is awesome. The only thing is, it tends to drip a little when I pour the coffee. It's not a major problem, but just thought I'd mention it.
Mug replacement
I had this mug that was starting to chip, so I decided to contact support and fill out a warranty request. I was really impressed with how fast they got back to me and they even sent me a brand new mug. I'm really happy with the service and the product.
Insulated tumbler
At first, they tried to tell me everything was all good until I responded to their email. Only after that did they agree to replace the product. And I gotta say, ever since getting the new product, I haven't had any issues with condensation or keeping my water cold for long periods.
Stainless steel water bottle
I just bought this sweet stainless steel water bottle from YETI and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! We all know stuff can go wrong during manufacturing, but it's all good as long as the company steps up and fixes it. YETI really came through for me, getting back to my claim super fast not once, but twice, in just 24 hours. My water bottle is getting a lot of love and use every day, and I gotta say, their quick and efficient response really put a smile on my face.
Rambler Jr 12 oz Kids Bottle replacement
I had an awesome experience with customer service at this store. They replaced my Rambler Jr 12 oz Kids Bottle without any problems, which proves they really back up their products. I think good customer service is just as crucial, if not more crucial, than the product quality. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely come back for more purchases in the future.
