    Expensive jewelry purchase

    I gotta admit, I was kinda iffy about buying at first because of the steep price. But I decided to go for it, and boy was I happy I did! The jewelry I got was top-notch quality.     My experience with this company was terrible. They kept bombarding me with emails and using aggressive marketing tactics that made me feel like I was dealing with scammers. They had no respect for personal boundaries and their pushy tactics were completely unacceptable. I think they need to be held responsible for their unethical practices and prioritize helping their customers instead of just making money.

    Nest thermostat purchase

    I got the smart thermostat I ordered and it was in great shape, all nicely packaged. The box looked good on the outside and I'm guessing the inside is good to go too. But between my jam-packed work schedule and all, I haven't had a chance to crack it open and check it out. I'm sure it's all good though - ready for a pro to put it in. Should be getting it set up soon, and I'm excited to start using it and see all the cool stuff it can do.

    I placed an order on November 30, the charge is listed on my credit card statement on December 3. I received one email confirming Moro received my order and that I would be notified when it shipped. I have not had any communication from them. I have emailed, left messages on their “live chat” with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

    MC8 powdered oil

    I ordered the product on July 20. On July 22 the tracking number showed that UPS supposedly delivered the product to a main post office, but at the post office it said it was pending acceptance. So in other words, UPS said they unloaded it from the truck but the post office is saying they never got it. Finally, after 2 weeks, I contacted the company to report that I never received the product. They told me I had to chase it down with the post office and then they would take care of it. I order a lot of stuff online. This is the only company that has made me do the leg work to try to find the package. Since the post office did not receive it, I went back to the company. They said they would refund the money, all but the shipping. I told them it was not my fault that UPS lost the package and that Nutricost needed to go after UPS for the cost of the shipping but that I should not have to pay for it. They stated that is their policy. So buyer beware, if your package is lost, they will not refund shipping. Not only that, they can't do the math. When I subtracted the cost of shipping off the original price (product plus tax plus shipping) I came up with a higher figure than what they refunded.

    Your story sounds typical of the operations and customer service of this company. They are pretty a joke in that department. The products they sell are not good either.

    Where are these products made. Are they made and processed in the USA or in a different country?
