Rental car booking
I recently rented a car through Discover Cars for my trip to SFO. The whole process was super easy, and I found a great deal on a car that was just right for me. When I went to pick up the car at the airport counter with Dollar/Hertz, the service was okay. But the real challenge came when I realized I forgot to grab a hardcopy receipt when I returned the car. I reached out to Discover Cars for help, and they quickly responded and took care of everything professionally. It took a few days, but they made sure I had the receipt and was happy with their service. Shout out to Max for staying on top of things and making sure everything was sorted out. Overall, I had a really good experience and will definitely rent from Discover Cars again in the future. Thanks!

Smartphone purchase
I got this phone from Chinavasion not too long ago, but now the battery has swelled up and messed up the whole phone in just six months. I tried reaching out to customer service like they said for repairs or a new one, but it's been a whole month and still no response.
