I tried reaching out to over 20 "caregivers" on the site, but only got a few responses. It looks like a lot of the listings might not even be active, which is worrying since I upgraded thinking there would be tons of options. All I want now is a refund, but I'm stuck in this frustrating situation with no customer support in sight.

The editing features in ActionDirector 3 and PhotoDirector 3 are really lacking. ActionDirector 3 doesn't let you edit the duration or trim clips, and the improvements it offers aren't that great. And PhotoDirector 3 is missing important features like blur, grunge, retro, and curves, which makes other apps like Google Snapseed seem more attractive.

I even had to dispute the charge on my credit card since they couldn't get their act together. My advice? Stay far away from this company. If you really want their stuff, go to a brick-and-mortar store where you can walk out with your purchase in hand.

I just made an online order and, man, it got sent to the wrong address cause of some glitch in their system. So I rang up customer service to get things sorted out, ya know? But get this - they're asking for a police report to give me a refund, which I think is pretty unfair since it was totally their fault. And to top it off, their reps don't seem to be on the same page cuz one said they'd refund me but the next person was clueless about it and asked for that darn police report again.
