And to make things even more annoying, I can't seem to find any way to contact customer support about this issue. I tried reaching out to over 20 "caregivers" on the site, but only got a few responses. It looks like a lot of the listings might not even be active, which is worrying since I upgraded thinking there would be tons of options. All I want now is a refund, but I'm stuck in this frustrating situation with no customer support in sight.
