Hard-to-find quality products
I was super impressed with all the cool and unique stuff I found at Urbanstar. It's not always easy to find high-quality items like this in the US, so I was really excited to stumble upon this store. Plus, the shipping was super fast, and I loved getting those updates on my package through the shipping app. It was nice to know exactly where my order was at all times.
Recent popular shoe release
I was super excited to get my hands on a pair of those new shoes that everyone's been talking about. They were sold out in no time on other sites, but Urbanstar had them up for pre-order. I placed my order and they arrived right on release day. I'm so happy to finally have them, all thanks to Urbanstar!
Shoes
I just bought some shoes from this store, and let me tell you, I am so happy with how everything turned out. The shipping was super quick, which I didn't expect at all. At first, I was worried the shoes might not be real, but I was relieved to see they were legit. The quality of the shoes was even better than I thought, and I'm totally obsessed with them.
Jacket and shoes
Oh my gosh, I can't even believe how amazing Urbanstar is!! I snagged this really cool jacket and some awesome shoes and they got here super fast, all the way from Italy to my house in the US. It was even quicker than when I order stuff domestically! And let me tell you, the brands they carry are top-notch. Quick processing and delivery
I really appreciated how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The tracking system from Shipley was super helpful in keeping me updated on where my purchase was. And when the shoes finally arrived, they were in perfect condition, just like I wanted.
Unreceived order support
I had a really bad experience with my order from this place recently. I paid a lot of money, but never got my order. I tried contacting the manager for help, but didn't hear back. The delivery company says they dropped it off, but can't tell me who got it. Basically, I wasted a bunch of money for nothin'.
Sneaker purchase from Italy to The Netherlands
My experience with Urbanstar has always been amazing. Ordering sneakers from Italy to The Netherlands was super easy and fast. Their website is so easy to use and I had no trouble finding the perfect pair of shoes. My order arrived in just 2 business days - the shipping was lightning fast! I loved being able to track my package every step of the way. The sneakers were just like they were described and great quality. Plus, the pricing was really competitive, so I felt like I got a great deal on a great product.
Nike shoes purchase
Urbanstar makes some awesome products, but FedEx really dropped the ball with my delivery. Even though I specifically told them not to leave my package at my neighbor's house, they went ahead and did it anyway. I had to get the police involved just to get my hands on my Nike shoes.
Shipping Cost
I was totally surprised at how crazy expensive the shipping was for my order. I had to dish out 25Euros just for shipping on a 34Euro purchase, making my total come out to 59Euros, which seems kinda ridiculous. And to make matters worse, it took a crazy long time - a whole 11 days - for my order to actually get to Greece.
Unique and high-quality products
The stuff I bought from Urbanstar was really amazing and super high-quality. Every item was so unique and well-made, it blew my mind. It's not often you come across such top-notch products at prices that don't break the bank. Plus, the shipping was lightning fast and the updates from GLS via email and text were a nice touch. I could keep tabs on my order from start to finish, which made the whole shopping process even better. Urbanstar totally went above and beyond what I expected.

I received my amazing clothes really fast from Italy using GLS. I'm so happy about it! At first, I had a bit of trouble because they didn't get back to me right away, but it seems they don't work on weekends. I am really pleased with the raffle prize! Thank you so much!
Excellent customer service
Yesterday, I had a problem setting up an order, but I managed to figure it out using the chat feature. Today, I had to cancel an order because I accidentally ordered double. I contacted them through chat once more, and they quickly canceled the order and sorted out a refund for me. I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful the staff member was. I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing help.

I was so impressed with the service I got from this company. They really went the extra mile to make sure my order was delivered super quickly. I came across this online store and came across this really cool oversized sweater that I knew I had to have. Turns out I ordered the wrong size. But, let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch and they made returning it super easy. Now, this shop has become my favorite place to find unique pieces that you can't find anywhere else.
