The customer service at this company is amazing! I've called them a bunch of times and they've never been rude. Ashley, Brandon, Frances, and Luke have all talked to me and answered all my questions, even when I ask the same things over and over again haha. They always remind me to be patient and to keep my credit card usage below 20% for the most points. I really think they deserve 10 stars for their awesome customer service.

Contest prize outfit
I just won this cool outfit from a contest the company had. Got a message saying it was delivered, but never got it in my hands. Emailed customer service but no reply from them. It's a bummer to see them drop the ball like this, especially with contest prizes. Hopefully, this is just a one-time thing, but it does make me question their customer service and how reliable they are.

This watch is amazing! I saw it online and just had to get it. The materials are top quality and the design is beautiful. The precision of this mechanical watch is unbelievable. I'm really impressed with how great this watch is.

Knitting kit purchase
I think the website and ordering could use some work. I bought a knitting kit from this company and was a little bummed to see that it didn't come with everything I needed. Customer service told me that stuff like buttons had to be bought separately. It wasn't a huge deal, but I was kind of expecting everything to be in the "kit." The yarn and needles were good quality, but I do think the prices are a bit high, like other people have said.
