Haircare products
I just have to say, these haircare products are seriously the bomb! I was dealing with a lot of stress and my hair was falling out like crazy. It was getting so thin, it was basically disappearing. So, I was at my wits end and decided to give this brand's products a shot - shampoo, conditioner, scalp mask, and scalp spray. And let me tell you, I started seeing results right away. My hair stopped shedding, got thicker, and started to fill out. It's not quite where I want it to be yet, but there's a definite improvement that everyone is noticing.

Unfulfilled order
I had a really lousy experience with my recent order from this company. No matter how many emails I sent or questions I asked, they never shipped my items and I didn't get any help from their customer service team. I ended up having to call my credit card company to get my money back. It was a major hassle and could have been so much simpler if they just communicated better and provided better service.

Prescription glasses
I was a little unsure about getting new prescription glasses from a place I didn't know. I mean, glasses can be a big expense. But let me tell you, I was really happy with what I got. They were designer frames and came right on time, all safe and sound in a nice case and box. I couldn't be happier with what I got and will for sure think about buying from them again. Thanks for making it such a great shopping experience.

Jeans
I ordered a pair of jeans in my regular size, but when the package got here, I got something totally different that didn't fit me at all. So, I called customer service to fix the mix-up, but they wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back before I could get my money back. They only gave me half of my money back, even though the mistake was on their part. That's just not right, I won't be buying from them again after that kind of service.

Online dating experience
My time on that online dating site was not great. After I signed up and paid for the fancy account, I got a bunch of messages from what I'm pretty sure were scammers. I tried to get help from customer service, but didn't hear back. And to top it off, I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal and ended up paying more money to those scammers. I tried asking for a refund, but they just ignored me.

Bag with No Return Policy
My recent experience with that company's return policy was pretty disappointing, to be honest. I bought a bag that I ended up not liking, and when I tried to return it, I found out they don't do returns on sale items. I thought that was pretty unreasonable and it definitely frustrated me. I reached out to them to see if they could make an exception, but they basically just brushed me off and told me tough luck. It really made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I think customers should be able to return things they're not happy with, no matter if it was on sale or not. Their strict and unsympathetic return policy has definitely made me rethink how I feel about shopping with them in the future.

Account deactivation emails
The website kept sending me emails saying they were going to deactivate my account and I would lose all my photos unless I upgraded to a paid account. But when I logged in, I saw that I had to pay to access my photos. Thankfully, I tried a free trial and saw that I didn't have any photos on there anyway.

3 sets of books
I just got three sets of books from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how fast they made it to my local shop. It only took about 2-3 days for each set to arrive, way faster than I thought it would be. Plus, I liked that I could check out a little preview of one of the sets online before buying it. That way I could see if the print quality and format were up to par. All in all, I had a good experience with this company and I'd definitely think about buying from them again down the road.

I got this eyeshadow palette and let me tell you, it's amazing! The colors are so pigmented and blend like a dream. I've been using it every day and I can't get enough. But then, my order got messed up and they didn't even care. Not cool at all, seriously.

I've been a customer for a really long time and everything has always been amazing. The lingerie is always in really good shape, comes super fast (literally the next day from another country), and returns are super simple. And now they even offer free DHL Express shipping! The quality is top-notch, returns are correct, and there's absolutely no drama.

Multiple polo shirts
No issues with the products themselves, but service a big issue. Now on third week of waiting on credit for a return. Zero phone support other than voice mail. Emails typically responded to but lack any specific information other than things are backed up... 3 weeks now!!! It’s a shame as I rate the product but in no way putting up with the hassle of returns!!
