On the plus side, returns are scanned quickly, so logistics aren’t totally broken — that surprised me. Still, the net result is I was left without proper glasses for weeks and out money for lenses that should have been reimbursed given the defect. I expected a proper, full refund or a faster repair option. If you need reliable, time-sensitive service, this wasn’t it for me.
Looks fancy, falls apart slowly
poor build or fake branding, slow and unhelpful support, and a refund process that felt like a runaround. I wouldn’t recommend buying designer frames from them if you care about quality and decent customer care.
