Unresponsive Customer Service
I've had a really bad experience with the customer service at this place. I've tried reaching out several times to return an item, but I haven't gotten any response at all. I even tried hitting them up on Instagram as a last shot, but still nothing. It's super annoying and not cool to be ignored when you're just trying to fix a problem.
Jeans
I ordered a pair of jeans in my regular size, but when the package got here, I got something totally different that didn't fit me at all. So, I called customer service to fix the mix-up, but they wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back before I could get my money back. They only gave me half of my money back, even though the mistake was on their part. That's just not right, I won't be buying from them again after that kind of service.
Contest prize outfit
I just won this cool outfit from a contest the company had. Got a message saying it was delivered, but never got it in my hands. Emailed customer service but no reply from them. It's a bummer to see them drop the ball like this, especially with contest prizes. Hopefully, this is just a one-time thing, but it does make me question their customer service and how reliable they are.
Super slow delivery
OMG, I ordered this really cool thing and it was supposed to arrive but it took forever and it still hasn't shown up. I called and emailed multiple times but no one helped me out. They claim my package was delivered but I never got it. It's so frustrating, I mean seriously? I had to get my bank involved, like ugh. Definitely not ordering from them again, like ever.
Dissatisfied with delivery
I bought something from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things turned out. I ordered it in April and was told it would arrive by mid-May. But come mid-June, I still hadn't gotten it. I tried reaching out via email a bunch of times to see what was up, but all they told me was to check the tracking on my own. I even tried contacting the post office, but no luck there either. It's been a real letdown dealing with them and their total lack of communication and follow-through.
Overpriced items
I had a really bad experience with this company I recently bought from. It was a total disaster! I ordered stuff weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up. And get this - I found out they're selling the same items on Amazon for way cheaper. Talk about a rip-off! Plus, they're based in China which makes it even harder to get in touch with them. I've tried to cancel my order a bunch of times with no luck. In my book, this is a total scam! I recommend staying far away from these guys.
Late delivery, bad return policy
I bought something online and it seriously took forever to show up. And let me tell you, when it finally made its grand entrance, I wasn't thrilled with some of the items. So I figured, no problem, I'll just return it. But then, to my dismay, they refused to give me a refund. They acted like a gift card would solve all my problems, but come on now. And as if that wasn't frustrating enough, they made the whole return process a nightmare - I almost missed the deadline! What's the deal with having a return policy if you make it a major hassle to actually use it?
Useless Customer Service
I gotta say, this company's customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered something weeks ago and haven't gotten any updates or tracking info. I've emailed them several times and haven't heard a peep back. It feels like I'm just wasting my money with them.
Cheap clothing, poor quality
I got two things from this store and man, I was so let down by the quality. The first thing was alright, but the second one was straight up junk - fell apart after just a couple times wearing it. I tried to return it, but it took forever and I still haven't gotten my money back. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, they just kept dodging my questions and I had to fight to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Purchased clothing items online
The clothes I bought from this company were so bad. They didn't look anything like the pictures online and seemed like they were made by someone who doesn't know how to sew. When I got the clothes, I couldn't help but laugh at how bad they were. Now I'm trying to get a refund because I'm really unhappy with what I got.
one sleeve jumpsuit
Ordered a one sleeve jumpsuit in a Large. I already had the medium from another vendor...The picture used on their website was the same pic as the jumpsuit that I already had so I thought I was safe...The jumpsuit arrived and it was a total joke. The fabric was different, the cut of the sleeve was different, and their were no cuffs or pleats in the bodice as in the original..THIS STORE IS A SCAM WITH VERY CHEAP CLOTHES.BUYER BEWARE.
