Same-day online veterinary care
I was in a tough spot when my dog had an eye infection and I couldn't find a nearby vet to help right away. Luckily, I found a service that offers same-day online vet care. It was a huge relief to be able to get top-notch treatment without even leaving the house. The vet we saw, Dr. M. Sacks, was not only really professional, but also super friendly and knew their stuff. Plus, they delivered the medication we needed, which was awesome. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be using this service again.

As someone who's used Cutout.Pro before, I just want to give a heads up to others to stay away from their website. I never even created an account with them, yet they keep charging me for services I never asked for. It's ridiculous how Cutout.Pro refuses to take responsibility for their actions. I just want to warn everyone to not get involved with this shady company.

I just got scammed trying to buy paint online. The website seemed legit, but after ordering, I figured out it was a scam. I never got the paint, and when I tried to reach customer service for a tracking number or some answers, they ghosted me. It wasn't until over a month later that I realized I had been ripped off for $187. Luckily, my bank gave me a refund, but going through that process was irritating and took forever. I want to warn others to be careful when shopping online and to really check out websites before spending any money.

I bought a bathing suit from this store and man, was I let down! The quality was just not up to par. The material was so thin and see-through that it felt more like a regular cotton shirt than a swimsuit. If I were you, I'd steer clear of buying swimwear from this place.

Recent shirt purchases
I've bought a bunch of shirts from this company, and I've seen a big drop in quality lately. The shirts I got last year are already falling apart at the elbows and wrists. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they wouldn't do anything to help fix or replace the messed-up shirts. It's really disappointing to see this lack of responsibility and bad customer service, especially considering how good their reputation used to be for making quality stuff. I wouldn't suggest buying shirts from them anymore.

Bill negotiation service experience
I just tried out a bill negotiation service and man, it did not go well. The customer service rep I talked to, Andrea, was so rude and out of line. She tried to boss me around and insulted me, which was totally unacceptable. And to top it off, they charged me for stuff they never even did. I thought Billshark said they negotiated on my behalf, but when I checked with the service provider, they had no idea what I was talking about. I feel totally ripped off and let down by the whole thing.

Returned item refund delay
I bought something from this store recently, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. They got the return on January 29th, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I know refunds can take a while, but it's been way longer than they said. I tried to ask about it on their live chat on February 14th, but I haven't heard anything since. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, so I would tell others to be careful about buying from this store, especially if they might need to return something.

Cheap clothing, poor quality
I got two things from this store and man, I was so let down by the quality. The first thing was alright, but the second one was straight up junk - fell apart after just a couple times wearing it. I tried to return it, but it took forever and I still haven't gotten my money back. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, they just kept dodging my questions and I had to fight to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.

Tiny sandals
I bought a pair of sandals online, but they ended up being too small when they arrived. I contacted customer service to get a return label, but they wouldn't accept the return without a photo showing that the sandals were too small. I couldn't even squeeze my feet into the sandals for a picture! I'm really unhappy with the lack of help and empathy from this company. I had to get my bank involved to try to get a refund because of the unhelpful and rude responses from customer service. I'd recommend others steer clear of buying from this company.
