Magsafe case for S21 Ultra
Man, I finally got the magsafe case I ordered for my S21 Ultra last week, but it took so long to get here! And guess what? The magsafe ring isn't even magnetic like it's supposed to be. I tried to get some help, but didn't hear back from anyone. Such a bummer! I paid nearly $40 for that case and it turned out to be a total rip-off. Lesson learned, I won't be shopping from them again.

Overpriced items
I had a really bad experience with this company I recently bought from. It was a total disaster! I ordered stuff weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up. And get this - I found out they're selling the same items on Amazon for way cheaper. Talk about a rip-off! Plus, they're based in China which makes it even harder to get in touch with them. I've tried to cancel my order a bunch of times with no luck. In my book, this is a total scam! I recommend staying far away from these guys.

I just bought a pair of sunglasses from this company and at first, I ran into some problems with my order. I never got any tracking info, and when I reached out to customer service, they told me my package had actually been returned. That was frustrating, but I have to give props to their awesome customer service. They quickly offered to resend my order with no extra charge. The next shipment came right on time, and the sunglasses were in perfect shape. The quality totally surpassed what I was expecting.
