Gold necklace purchase
Buying the necklace was easy, but the service wasn't so great. The website was super user-friendly, and I finally found the gold necklace I've been wanting. But when I asked about customizing it, the reply took forever and wasn't very helpful. It seemed like they cared more about selling than helping customers. The price was fair for what I got, but the service definitely could've been better.

I found this brand while browsing a Black Friday sale and I was totally hooked by all the amazing styles they had. The dresses were even better in person and the prices were actually pretty reasonable. I'm so excited to wear them to the events I have coming up and really show them off. And I didn't just stop at dresses, I also picked up some super cute sweaters that are just as feminine. This brand has definitely become one of my go-tos for special occasion outfits.
