Cell service and customer service
I gotta say, this phone service is seriously the best I've ever had. They use all the big cell towers, so the reception is amazing, and their customer service is top of the line. I don't need a cell booster anymore just to make a call at home. Ever since I switched over a year ago, I haven't had a single problem with this company.

I got a new gaming console
I was hyped to play my new gaming console, but ugh, the delivery was a total drag. Kept waiting and waiting, and they straight up ghosted. Customer service had the nerve to say they were out of stock when they said they had it. So annoying! And wouldn't you know it, the next time I ordered something, they did it again. Selling what they don't have, how aggravating!

Hoverboard purchase for birthday
I had such a terrible experience with their customer service! The people there were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was trying to buy a hoverboard for my granddaughter's birthday, but they messed up the processing and didn't even ship it out after charging my card. I had to end up using Paypal instead. I really wish my granddaughter didn't want this so badly, or else I would have gone somewhere else. I doubt they'll even help if it breaks. My advice is to not buy from this place!

Poor quality items, hidden return fees
I was really bummed about the stuff I bought because they're not that great, and they didn't fit me right. But what really got me was all those extra fees they hit me with when I tried to return them. Not only did I have to pay to send them back, but they also snuck in this promo fee that I didn't know about. Difficult and Unhelpful Experience
I had such a horrible experience with that luggage service. I got totally lost trying to find the place, and it wasn't easy to locate at all. I sent a message on the app at my reserved time, but nobody ever got back to me, so I was stuck waiting around for hours. And when I finally made it there, the locker wouldn't open because they gave me the wrong code. It was so aggravating to waste all that time and not get any help or even a word from them.
