This recording software is a complete letdown. I mean, seriously, it doesn't even give you a heads up about needing some special MP4 thing to get it to work. How was I supposed to know that? And when I tried recording without it, all I got was some useless error message with no real help in sight. What a waste of time. Then there's the issue with the screen recordings glitching and flickering. I literally tried everything to fix it, but it's still a total mess. And don't even get me started on the useless FAQ page. It's like they care more about fancy pictures than actually helping us customers. And on top of all that, the stupid thing froze on me after just 15 minutes. Just fantastic. To sum it up, this software is total trash.
