I received an email that said I had $10 in promotion credit and $5 in Kohl's cash to use either online or in-store. But when I went to use it, the $10 credit wasn't showing up and the pin didn't work. It was really frustrating! I usually enjoy shopping at Kohl's, but this online ordering situation was a complete disaster. I'm definitely not a happy camper!

Miansai bracelet
I was so let down when I got a $17 DIY bracelet instead of the $80 Miansai bracelet I bought. It was gonna cost me $60 just to send it back, so I didn't want to deal with all that mess to fight it. But then, the next day, I got an email saying my return was approved without me even asking! And they refunded me right away on Monday.
