Shovel purchase
My experience with the company was really disappointing. I ordered a shovel from them, but it never showed up. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me back part of the money. I had to get PayPal involved to finally get the rest of my money back. The fact that EST Gear didn't communicate well with me was really frustrating and seemed unprofessional. I was expecting better service from a company with a good reputation.

Free editing software
This editing software is so frustrating to use. It's impossible to figure out, the tools are old and not very helpful, and it keeps crashing all the time. The design looks like a kid made it and it's really hard to use. It doesn't even do basic editing stuff right. Do yourself a favor and try a different editing software that actually works.
