Not great on delivery
I saw their ad on Instagram and told a buddy, then ordered a shovel. Checkout was fine, but delivery dragged and I got a partial refund — yeah, partial. Support stopped replying so I filed a dispute. The shovel works okay once it arrives, but the service was poor, not ideal.
Strange relief
Weird moment — I was half convinced I’d been scammed until my card company messaged that the refund went through. I ordered something, they charged me, and the “tracking tomorrow” email never came. Tried to email the support address on the site and it bounced. Looked up the company info, called the listed number, nothing. So yeah, I filed a dispute with Amex and waited. When the refund hit my account I actually felt satisfied, oddly grateful it ended without a fight. The product pics looked great and the reviews seemed legit, but be careful — verify contact details first or use a card with protection.
Quiet relief
I was staring at the bounced support email and the charged card when I thought, here we go again — another sketchy site. I’ve run into flaky companies before, so I was already bracing for a fight. I opened a dispute with AmEx and honestly felt better the moment the refund showed up on my account. Then, oddly, the package arrived a couple days later and the gear actually looks good, legit build and all. So my mood went from skeptical to satisfied — hesitant praise. If you decide to order, be prepared to chase them; communication is weak but the product was worth it.
Shovel purchase
My experience with the company was really disappointing. I ordered a shovel from them, but it never showed up. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me back part of the money. I had to get PayPal involved to finally get the rest of my money back. The fact that EST Gear didn't communicate well with me was really frustrating and seemed unprofessional. I was expecting better service from a company with a good reputation.
Durable backpack
I bought this really sturdy backpack from this company, but man was I bummed with how they handled things. It feels like they're always putting up fake reviews and getting rid of any bad comments from customers. Their customer service is seriously lacking - one day they say they shipped the product, the next they're talking about giving you a refund, and then nothing. I tried reaching out to them multiple times but they just ignore me. All they care about is taking your money.
Tactical shovel
I ordered the tactical shovel in January 2023 and never received it. They won't answer my mails and the money is nowhere to be found. Even the delivery company does not answer me
Survival shovel
Ordered the shovel. It was never delivered. They told me to follow up myself with the delivery company. I requested a refund and they have never answered another email from me, never sent the refund! They are thieves!
