Snowsuit with small hood
I bought a snowsuit from Children Salon recently and had a problem with the size of the hood. I tried reaching out to the company several times, but couldn't get it fixed. The hood on the snowsuit I got was way too small, so I couldn't use it for my kid. Even after talking to the brand and confirming that the sizing was correct, I still couldn't get it sorted out. I'm thankful that Children Salon eventually gave me a refund, but it's still disappointing that I couldn't use the snowsuit.

Delayed refund
I was so annoyed because it took forever for my refund to go through after my last purchase. I felt super frustrated not knowing what was going on. But when I reached out to customer service on Instagram, Dave was able to help me right away. He said he'd take care of it, and sure enough, the next day my refund was in my account. I'm glad they were able to fix it so quickly, but man, that delay in the first place really got under my skin.

Lifetime purchase of Crocoblock Suite
The team, especially Olena, has been amazing with their support. The Crocoblock Suite learning curve is pretty steep, but thanks to their help, I’ve been able to tackle any problems quickly. I can’t remember everyone's names right now, but all the support team folks have been consistently great. Crocoblock Suite’s tools have really upped my project game, and the fantastic support is making me think about going for a lifetime purchase.

Missing item in order
I recently had a problem with my order from this one store - turns out it was missing an item. Can you believe it? I'm always buying stuff from them, and this time they said I wouldn't get a refund or the missing item. That doesn't seem right to me. I think it's pretty unfair that a missing item can't be fixed for a loyal customer like me. Honestly, this whole thing has left me feeling let down and really annoyed.

Shoes in wrong size
I've been a customer of this company for a long time and always loved their products. But recently, I had a bad experience with their customer service. I got a pair of shoes in the wrong size and when I tried to exchange them, I was told the box was taped up so they couldn't take it back. I thought that was unfair, especially since the shoes were still in perfect condition. I even offered to pay for the box, but they still said no. It's frustrating dealing with this company's inflexible and unsympathetic attitude.
