New clothes for my little brother
I just got some new clothes for my little bro from this store, and I was really impressed with how they were packaged when they showed up. They were all nice and neat in these fancy boxes, which definitely left a good first impression. I'm hoping the clothes are just as good as the packaging, especially with how messy my brother gets when he's playing outside. When I opened the package, there was a pack of Haribo gummy sweets in there, which I thought was a sweet touch, but it ended up causing a little squabble between me and my brother since we both wanted them. Maybe they should think about throwing in an extra pack for families with more than one kid next time. Oh, and I was watching a show on Netflix recently that got me thinking about how handing out candy might not be the best idea in terms of perception. Just something for the folks in charge to consider!
VIP sale purchase for grandson and new granddaughter due in February
I've bought clothes from this company many times for my grandkids, my friends' kids, and other family members. Every time, I've been really impressed with how great the service is. Lately, I got invited to a VIP sale and ordered some clothes for my grandson and my new granddaughter who's coming in February. They sent me an email with all the details, even about when DPD would deliver the package. Today, the package arrived right on time and I had a nice chat with Izzy online who quickly sorted out a little issue. I just want to give a big shoutout to the team for their awesome service and thank them for always being so excellent.
Great products, excellent service, easy returns
I've bought stuff from this company a few times now and every time they've gone above and beyond. The service and delivery are top of the line, making it the best online shopping experience I've ever had. Yeah, the products can be a little pricey, but the quality is seriously top-notch - you definitely get what you pay for. I had to return something once to exchange for a larger size using their free returns service, and it was super simple and fast. All in all, my experience with this company has been pretty darn impressive and flawless.
Babidu clothes and other brands from Spain, Italy, and Portugal
Oh my gosh, I'm totally obsessed with this store! They seriously have the most adorable kids' clothes, and I've scored some awesome deals there. It's like shopping for a little fashion icon! And the best part is, their delivery is super quick and they always throw in a little treat for me to enjoy. On top of that, they have this amazing app where you can earn points for free stuff - isn't that awesome? Their Babidu clothes are my favorite, along with other brands from Spain, Italy, and Portugal. So chic and stylish!
Gift shopping online
I recently bought a gift from Children's Salon and gotta say, it was a bit disappointing. The website was easy to use and had a good variety, but there were some things that bugged me. Firstly, no free shipping unless you're a member, which was pretty annoying given how much I spent. Also, some items were pricier compared to other sites I saw. And when I wanted gift wrapping, it was a hassle to navigate to that option. So yeah, overall, it was just okay, not great.
Snowsuit with small hood
I bought a snowsuit from Children Salon recently and had a problem with the size of the hood. I tried reaching out to the company several times, but couldn't get it fixed. The hood on the snowsuit I got was way too small, so I couldn't use it for my kid. Even after talking to the brand and confirming that the sizing was correct, I still couldn't get it sorted out. I'm thankful that Children Salon eventually gave me a refund, but it's still disappointing that I couldn't use the snowsuit.
Quality products, great service, helpful staff
Wow, I was seriously impressed with the quality of the products I bought. But what really got me was the amazing service from their staff. So get this, I had this problem where I couldn't collect my delivery, and the folks at Children Salon went above and beyond to help out. They launched an investigation, stayed in touch with me every day, and finally fixed everything by sending my package to a new address and even throwing in a refund. I've never experienced customer service this good. A big thanks to them!
Quick delivery of designer boys clothing
I just found this store when I was hunting for some fancy clothes for my son online, and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with how they handled everything. I placed my order kind of late at night, and then bam, I got a shipping notice that very same day. The next day, DPD dropped off my package and it was wrapped up all nice and pretty. The clothes were exactly what I wanted for my son's prom, and they fit him perfectly. Plus, I was happy to see that the prices were actually doable for designer gear.

High-quality children's clothing
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the kids' clothes they've got at this store. The website is super easy to use, so I can always find exactly what I need. Three items missing one
I ordered three things from this place and when my package came, it was missing one of the items! I was so bummed out, but then I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave me a call to check up on everything! The person I chatted with was named Lauren and she was awesome. In the end, they're sending me the missing item even though it wasn't their fault. I really wish every company could be as great as this one!

I reached out to customer support around 8:00 PM and got a response right away. The team was really great and I was impressed with how quick and helpful they were.
Maternity clothing purchase
I just bought some maternity clothes from this store and I was so happy with the whole thing. Even though they were on sale, they arrived the very next day. The packaging was really nice and you could tell they paid attention to the details, which I love when I'm shopping for my baby on the way. I've bought designer clothes from other places before and they just threw them in a beat-up box. But this store really stands out with how much they care about presentation.
Children's clothing
I always go to this store for my kids' clothes. They have so many options, so I don't have to waste time looking elsewhere, and they ship stuff to me super fast. Last holiday season, I ordered something and they actually reached out to me to set up a delivery with Santa Claus visiting. That was so thoughtful and got my kids all excited. Trousers return mishap
I had a bit of trouble trying to return some pants I bought online. The post office accidentally sent my return package to the wrong store, which was a real pain. But thanks to Charlotte in customer service, she really went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly. She made sure my return got to the right place, saving me from any more hassle. I really appreciate the amazing service I got and I would definitely recommend this store for any future shopping.
